I feel like it’s not as helpful as some of its competitors when it comes to learning how to become a better writer. Hemingway just tells you that there’s an issue and lets you figure it out on your own. Looking at those suggestions is also a great way to break through writer’s block. Hemingway is good at pointing out where you’ve made mistakes, but it doesn’t give you suggestions on how to fix them. Spelling and grammar naturally go together.
